BBQ Pork Chops

 Right out of the oven!

1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 T. mustard
1 1/2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
2 T. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
8 pork chops

Combine all ingredients in a small pan. Simmer 5 minutes over low heat. Put meat into a casserole dish (9x13 or smaller if less meat). Pour the warm sauce over the meat and cover tightly, either with a lid to fit or foil. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Note:  This can also be frozen ahead.  Make the sauce, let cool, then pour over RAW pork chops and freeze.  Unthaw the day before and throw everything into your 9x13 and bake as directed.

  1. I love you Jo for posting such easy freezer meals. a family in our ABF class just had a baby and some of us ladies are going to make freezer meals and deliver all of them on Sunday. I was clueless as to what to make until I went to your blog. I'd knew you would have something!! You're the best!
